Never send your credit card information through email or through the mail. There
is no secure way for you to send credit card information through email or snail
mail...EVER!!! We do not process credit card payments through email or snail
mail. So, to place orders with EveryDay Mehndi, please use our secure online
payment service through our shopping cart.

Please include any other identifying information such as product color. Also
include your name and shipping address. Checks and money order payments will
be shipped when they clear our bank.
Placing an Order using AOL:
If you are currently using America Online, you may have experienced
some difficulties when attempting to place an order with EveryDay Mehndi. This
is due to a problem with AOL, and not with our shopping cart.
If you have been unable to place an order, we recommend minimizing the AOL
browser window, and connecting to our site using just Internet Explorer or Netscape
by themselves. When AOL is minimized and the connection is made using a regular
browser, it is likely your order will go through. If you are still having difficulties,
we recommend that you contact
AOL directly. They are aware of the problem (as it occurs with many different
shopping carts on thousands of sites) but do not plan to fix it on a global basis,
instead handing out a patch to individuals.
We are sorry about this inconvenience, and hope that AOL will include a bug
fix in their next release.

Shipping Information:
EveryDay Mehndi ships by United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States
Postal System (USPS). If you are placing an order, you may notice that
shipping seems high for small items. This is due to the fees built into UPS and
USPS shipping for your protection and convenience. There is a $1.15 surcharge
for residential delivery, and a $2 fee for delivery confirmation (signature required)
with UPS. UPS also has a 1 pound shipping minimum, so everything up to a pound
will be the same price (about $6.96). USPS fees for Priority Mail with delivery
confirmation and insurance begin at app. $6.80. You may find it more
cost-effective to add a few items to your order, as the shipping will stay the
same up to 1 pound of merchandise, and will rise only slowly after that.
UPS "Next Day Air" shipping refers to the time between when the package is
accepted by UPS (the next business day) and the time it is delivered to the customer
-- this is actually closer to 48 hours. If you need your package within 72 hours,
please notify EveryDay Mehndi, and we will expedite our handling of the package.
Otherwise, total time in transit will include both handling on EDM's end (putting
your package together) and shipping via UPS or USPS.
Returns and Refunds:
We always strive to provide the highest quality products and customer service
for our customers. Our best customers are informed customers. We
are here to answer your product related questions so that you may make an
informed purchase. You may call, write or email us with any questions prior to
your purchase or after you have received your items purchased.
Return and Refund Policy:
EveryDay Mehndi will refund or replace any items you receive in error or items
that have been damaged in transit. If there is a problem with the item
you receive because it is damaged or not the item you ordered, please contact
us with 24 hours and let us know of the problem. We make every effort to
correct such problems and to satisfy our customers. Because some of
our products require that the purchaser "learn how" or "know how" to use them,
we cannot provide refunds to customers who "cannot make them work." There
is a learning curve required to use many of our products. We are always
here to help you learn to use them; have provided an extensive FAQ; provide a
forum and chat; and have recipes, instructions and autoresponders to help you
to use products effectively.
Replacement of Items "Lost" or "Damaged in the Mail" Policy:
We make every effort to ship items in a way that protects your purchase and
assures their safe arrival. What is most important to us is that you get
the items you ordered in safe condition so they are available to you for use. However,
if something unforeseen occurs and your item becomes damaged or lost in route
to you, we make every effort to replace your item in the shortest possible timeframe. In
order for us to do this and for your protection, your items are shipped to within
the U.S. insured and requiring a signature.
We will replace any items lost or damaged in the mail when such order has
been shipped both with insurance and a signature is required with delivery. Our
standard handling charges typically cover insurance and signature fees on orders
valued up to $200.00. You may request additional insurance on orders valued
above $200.00
EveryDay Mehndi is not responsible for the replacement of any items lost or
damaged during shipment when the shipping options requested by the customer
do not allow for and/or include both insurance and require signatures upon delivery
.
EveryDay Mehndi is not responsible for replacement of any items lost that
are indicated as having been delivered and a signature indicating delivery
is on record with either UPS, USPS or other carrier involved .
Customers wishing replacement of "lost in the mail" or "damaged in transit" items
must fully cooperate in our efforts to recover the property and/or to obtain
compensation for damages with USPS, UPS or other carrier involved. Without
your cooperation, items cannot be tracked or traced or verified as damaged. The
nature of such cooperation may include but is not limited to making
the appropriate claims and inquiries of your post office, provide EveryDay
Mehndi with a letter stipulating the items lost and/or damaged, return of
damaged item and any other information required by the carrier and
EveryDay Mehndi for recovery or compensation and insurance purposes.
We package your order with the utmost care. However, occasionally a
package may be damaged in transit. You must notify EveryDay Mehndi regarding any
items you receive that have been damaged in transit within 24 hours of receipt
of the order. Timeframes and criteria for determining an item "lost" and/or "damaged" are
not set by EveryDay Mehndi, but rather are consistent with those established
by the specific carrier service or systems that deliver and insure your packages
for us. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated and needed so that we can
remedy any problem swiftly and satisfactorily for you.
