This is real African Black Soap and not to be confused with the "Black Soap" brand name. The base of this soap comes directly from Togo. Village women in Togo carefully guard their secrets of making this soap base from oil made from burned palm leaves, cocoa shells, paw paw fruit, plantain, palm kernel oil and assorted herbs. Our soaps are all made with 100% pure and natural essential oils with vegetable butters and vegetable oils chosen for their ability to nourish skin. We have blended some our essential oils and butters together to come up with some of our favorite scents from the past. Hope you enjoy your trip down Memory Lane!

Memory Lane Soaps are now available only for Special Orders. This means that we make the soap specifically to fill your order. All soaps are made in one loaf quantities. So we have a minimum order of 6 bars for individual soaps. Please plan you order so that you can allow 3 weeks (often you will get it faster) for us to make your soap and get it to you.
